Uncertain is planning his Escape

Uncertain drops the frantic five-tracker Escape on Rekids Special Projects this month.

Formerly known as Boriqua Tribez, Uncertain has been a driving force in electronic music for over two decades, releasing music under a host of aliases across a number of respected labels. With recent appearances on Kneaded Pains, Suara, and Tronic amongst others, Uncertain now sets his sights on Radio Slave's Rekids Special Projects, delivering five bone-crushing techno tracks for the label.

Leading the release is the title track "Escape", a high-energy start to the EP. "Base" follows with a dose of funk as warped samples and rumbling kicks twist into a rolling groove, before "Crush" brings swinging drums and vocal snippets together for a rowdy cut. "Transmit" marries synth stabs with heavy low-end and subtle hooks before "Organic" closes the release with a direct combination of wonky pads, classic drum machines, and cleverly utilized FX.
