Extra-terrestrial musical duo The Illustrious Blacks return to Classic with "Illusion," another outing of expertly crafted hypnotic house. The self-proclaimed "Afro-Electro-Disco-Space-Punks," comprising of Manchildblack and Monstah Black, are known for their idiosyncratic, queer-centric approach to dance music, making their Classic debut in 2023 with the soulful and funky "Kaleidoscopic Planet."
Their extravagant and eccentric style in the booth and on stage has earned them spots at major parties worldwide, including NYC's House Of Yes, Glitterbox Ibiza, and Ministry of Sound to name a few.
The pair make their grand return to Luke Solomon's imprint with "Illusion," produced by genre-transcending electronic artist Taylor Bense. Featuring vocals dripping in sensuality, "Illusion" combines the artists' R&B influences with sweaty club beats for a house track that is quintessentially Illustrious Blacks.
