Having received support from industry heavyweights such as PAWSA, Dennis Cruz, Wade, and Hellbent Records boss Cloonee himself, Spanish talent Mareels is quickly making noise as a rising name to know about. Landing following previous projects on Criterio, Nervous Records, SHOUT!, and COCO, he now heads to Hellbent with "La Cumbia" - two tracks that the label head honcho has featured throughout his 2024 sets, including his latest Club Space stream, ensuring anticipation has continued to soar in the lead up to release.
The title track, "La Cumbia," fuses Latin percussion and vocals with driving energy, harnessing an iconic melody at its core for a fresh dancefloor flip. The second track, "Reproches," offers a deeper, darker journey through pulsating basslines, slinking drums, and more captivating vocals.
