A rising Brazilian undoubtedly in the ascendency, Classmatic has quickly found his feet as one of the most exciting talents around, soundtracking dance floors worldwide following stand-out releases via Hot Creations, Solid Grooves, and Revival New York. Keeping things moving nicely, August sees him link with fellow countryman and Sao Paolo native guerrA as the two debuts on Cloonee's burgeoning Hellbent Records with their collaborative single, "Los Patrones".
With both artists favoring percussive-lead approaches, it's no surprise that a rolling groove guides the eerie yet vibrant "Los Patrones" before switching things up with the introduction of wavering brass melodies and throwback vocals samples above heavy low-ends for an unorthodox cut meant for busy floors.
