Pass Me By by Pete Herbert & Martin Denev feat. Robert Owens

Together, they steer their sonic empire to peak-hour, prime time house territory with the epic ‘Pass Me By,’ which comes with remixes from cosmic heroes Daniele Baldelli & DJ Rocca, Dr Packer and Pete Herbert in solo mode.

The fantastic original is a perfectly big and bouncy cut with tough disco synth stabs, slap funk percussion and standout vocals from former Fingers Inc man Owens. It builds to a dazzling peak and is sure to kick-start any dancefloor into action. The first of two remixes from long time Italian talents Daniele Baldelli & DJ Rocca is even more spaced out and cosmic, with synths shooting out like lasers.

Their second is a dub mix without the vocals that makes more of a point of the excellently flabby drums: If it is pulsing, elastic energy you are looking for, then this is the one for you.

Elsewhere, Australian Dr Packer - who has made quite a name for himself in the past year with a series of well received and best-selling edits-layers in some slinky metallic hi-hats and symbol splashes and touches up the rugged disco bassline. Last of all, Herbert steps up with a heart swelling, piano laced jam that is all about stomping beats, smiling faces and great times.

Make no mistake, this firing disco package is sure to be one of the biggest of the summer.
