Soul Love (Clive From Accounts Remixes) by Fred Everything feat. Stereo MC's
Collaborating with the mighty Stereo MCs, Soul Love is the third and final single from Fred Everything's Love, Care, Kindness & Hope album.

You might know Stereo MCs from their 1992 smash hit "Connected," but they're also one of the UK's most influential acts in the Hip-Hop and Trip-Hop world. They're still pushing boundaries today with their Connected label, which focuses on Afro-house sounds.
On remix duty, we have the enigmatic Clive From Accounts. Since bursting onto the scene a few years back, it's been all hits and no misses by the mysterious man from London, who may or may not be an accountant. His releases on Dirt Crew, Razor'n Tape, and Outplay have felt at home in the record box of many an influential DJ, including Fred, who's been a big supporter since day one. Clive takes the dubby original into Deep House territory with a lovely driving bassline, arpeggios, and great use of Rob Birch's voice. The mix comes complete with an obligatory Dub version, of course.
Next are a few versions from Fred Everything himself. The "Lazy Vox" and "Lazy Dub" versions were conceived ahead of his live show at Mutek this summer, taking the original into more straight-up dancefloor territory. An "Afterthought" mix also came from the same session, keeping a deeper, more introspective approach. The original album cut and radio edit are also included, as are bonus unreleased "Instrumental" and "Beatless" versions.
