Speak Easy EP by Struve
Hot on the heels of Mellom's first release comes a super follow-up from Tromsø based artist Struve.

Struve is a DJ and producer from Norway who plays guitar and bass and sings in local surf and garage rock bands. He recently fell in love with house music and began cooking up his own fresh sounds soon after hitting the studio. They come from a different perspective because of his background and as such, do not fail to intrigue.
The opener "Speak Easy" is a busy house cut with a muffled spoken word vocal bringing the soul. The slick drums, synths, and bass all dart about the mix with a futuristic feel and keep the whole track on the move. It's brilliantly elastic and full-flavored and makes for a perfect contemporary tune.
The brilliantly catchy "Nobody" is a punchy, soulful house cut with a big heart. The synths are elegant and fresh, with choppy percussion cutting up the groove and plunging bass sure to get any dance floor popping. It's a superbly stylish track, too, with richly defined sounds and a warm palette.
These are two more devastatingly effective yet characterful house tracks on Mellom.
