Start Screamin by Max Dean

Jamie Jones recruits Max Dean for Start Screamin on Hottrax this month.

Previously appearing on Resonance, Deeperfect, South Records, and more, Max Dean's productions receive vast amounts of support from the likes of Michael Bibi and Jamie Jones. Now readying his first release for Jones' Hottrax imprint, the UK-based DJ/producer drops two groove-laden tracks, marking some of his strongest productions to date.

Leading the release, the title track "Start Scream" brings swung drums, bouncy basslines, and memorable vocal licks together for an undeniable groover. "Yes Baby" follows suit, bringing another welcome house cut, peppered with spoken word and eerie synth hits over the funky low-end and skippy percussion.
