You & Me by MKL

Bayacou Records is presents the international debut of MKL, a 23-year-old singer/songwriter of French Creole descent from South Louisiana.

After growing up in a culturally rich musical landscape, including singing in church choirs and performing as a solo artist at local gigs, MKL is ready to take on the global stage with her first EP, "You & Me," produced by multi-instrumentalist, DJ, producer, and label head EZEL.

This solid package commences with the single "You & Me," a powerhouse jam that checks all the boxes for commercial Afro-house with pop appeal. MKL's R&B influences are revealed in her exquisite songwriting, while the mesmerizing groove smolders with a seductive edge and climaxes with an infectious mantra for dancefloor stimulation.

Next is "333," where MKL unveils yet another set of sonic palettes on this intensely sultry slice of soulful electronica, creating a unique house gem with R&B undertones.
