Emerging from Brazil's vibrant house scene, Greg (BR) has become a notable name within the growing Hellbent Records family, with his recent single "Dance For Me" on the label's Hotter Than Hell compilation, along with releases on Night Service Only and Criterio, earning acclaim from heavyweights Michael Bibi, Solardo and label head Cloonee. Returning to the imprint, he now steps into the spotlight with his standalone two-track EP "Bad Bongo."
A vibrant cut charged full of energy and Brazilian flair, the title track "Bad Bongo" fuses bouncing bongos and skippy bass hits, serving up another rolling house groove. On the flip, "Gypsy" leads with wispy pads and alluring flute symphonies between intense beats and vocal injections, sculpting a mesmerizing trip.
