DJ Deep Cuts Vol.3 New Horizons by DJ Deep
Renowned French DJ, producer, and label owner DJ Deep delivers the third outing in his DJ Deep Cuts series with volume 3 New Horizons.

The Parisian selector’s journey begun two decades ago when Laurent Garnier booked him at his parties in the French capital during the 90s and since then he’s gone on to build a highly reputable imprint - Deeply Rooted - hosting legends such as Kerri Chandler and Ben Klock, as well as quality names like Francois X, Marcelus, Bleak, Manoo and Mike Dehnert. More recently he’s made appearances on Rekids and Tresor as well as collaborating with close friend Romain Poncet / Traumer on projects such as Adventice and Sergie Rezza.
Describing ‘MKS1’ as a “straightforward house track”, DJ Deep combines a meandering bassline with a heady synth hook to form a low-slung groove, before the Dub demonstrates intricate percussion for a drum workout aimed at the DJs. Next, ‘New Horizons’ is constructed with soothing pads, otherworldly nuances and rich melodies until the Dub concludes the package with a more straight and minimal inspired aesthetic
