Tipped by DJ Mag as "one to watch," GAWP has worked under several different aliases before now and is no stranger to the game. The Leeds-based talent has toured alongside Oliver Heldens and Gene Farris and landed on the likes of Dirtybird, Elrow, Toolroom, and many more. He now turns his sights to Studio 338's label 32 Endz, promising to create dancefloor chaos.
Opener "Everything You Need" is perfectly stripped-back and airtight, with a catchy garage swing in the drums, dusty kicks looping down low, and an ominous vocal line. "Aftermath" offers up more of a moody soundscape with raw tech drums and razor-sharp hi-hats, as ghoulish samples bring further late-night mischief to this irresistible groove.
