Luca Draccar is a Berlin-based artist with Italian roots and has long been devoted to techno. He crafts conceptual EPs that delve into thoughtful topics and convey real meaning on the dance floor. He has a wide range of skills that take in mesmerizing, trance-like sounds, futuristic bass lines, and hallucinatory layers of synth. Next to widespread press coverage, Draccar has been supported by tastemakers such as Maceo Plex, Carl Craig, and Âme.

He opens up this fresh new EP with "Margot", which layers up elegant synth swirls with sleek, strident techno drums. The percussion is icy cold while the bass is warm and the track slowly takes over you like a rush of euphoria. There is more unique techno artistry in "Mouse in Trap" with its darkened bass and shady vocal sounds. They take you to a world of mystery where bright chords add rays of hope. Superb closer "The Black White Palm" is another scintillating track of clean, serene techno with real melodies and an alluring balance of light and dark.

These are three deeply involving, meticulously well-crafted tracks from the assured studio craftsman.
