Buenos Aires' Vila (AR) is amongst the hotbed of new school talent rising out of South America. His previous material has found a home on Vanilla Ace's WyldCard Records and Natura Viva, garnering support from Marco Carola, Stefano Noferini, and Amine Edge & DANCE. Now landing on Adesso Music for the first time, Vila (AR) drops a peak-time house single featuring fellow Argentinian producer CORVA on remix duties.
The low-end heavy "Weekend Driving" is a heady number with a chugging acid-licked bassline, metallic synth leads, and a smooth vocal sample. CORVA offers up his low-swung, stripped-back take on the original with additional molten melodies to round out another heads-down, hands-up affair on Adesso Music.
