Following four acclaimed EPs across both Rekids and Rekids Special Projects, the Irish-born, Berlin-basedHybrasil returns to Radio Slave's techno-focused imprint for his fifth appearance on the Rekids labels. Bringing four no-nonsense techno cuts across "Wild Blue Yonder", Hybrasil displays his knack for crafting a wide range of deeply playable dancefloor-friendly techno.
Title track "Wild Blue Yonder" leads with pounding kicks and bubbling stabs before "Abhean" brings the tempo up as gritty synths unfurl across razor-sharp drum patterns. "Erimon" takes a deeper turn, with dubbed-out chords and reverberant hits rumbling throughout, followed by the final track "Oenach". In a similar fashion to the "Erimon", elements of classic dub techno meet Hybrasil's pitch-perfect production to close out the release.
