Fresh from launching his Lateral imprint, racking up a Beatport genre #1 in the process, the Nottingham-based DJ/ producer Latmun is turning the heat up even further as he gets ready to get stuck into a busy summer. With his "Tonight EP" on the label in 2022 turning heads, he readies a return to Revival New York for his latest two-tracker "Free Your Mind" - with the title cut already proving to be a favorite for Jamie Jones, Michael Bibi, Paco Osuna, Joseph Capriati and more.
Brimming with energy, the title track, "Free Your Mind," is a statement track meant for big dancefloor moments as the stuttering bassline and warped vocals merge with sweeping synths and modulated motifs for a commanding and infectious production. Switching things up, "Drama At The Back" draws for more vocal effects and wonky melodies while employing razor-sharp percussion and acid-flecked bass patterns for another big hitter.
